Back to the rainy Swedish summer with clouds of bloodsucking mosquito chasing me and my dog down the narrow forest paths at the mountain side behind my house. It feels nice breathing the clean Swedish country-side-air again – I´m clearly not a big-city guy; big crowds just make me nervous and there is defensively allot of people in Paris.
When I finally got home the airport had lost my bag together with all the knives – luckily it came with taxi the next day, but it was still a bit stressful.
The apple-trees are in full bloom and it looks we will have allot of fruits this autumn and I hope to plant some cherry and plum tree this summer as well – they might be nice to have in the future. There is allot of chores to do on the house and on the lot, but there is also allot of knives that have to be done and I wonder how I will manage.
At the moment I´m still working on the sword I posted information about a few weeks ago. I´m building a new huge sword-hardening-oven (1,5m long) and allot of the heavy work is done on that one – need to start welding the iron-frame and cast the heat-elements. I´ll probably post some pictures of the result when done.
You will see some folders from me this summer as well. You who were in Paris might have seen my fully engraved backlock folder and more of that model will be made in different variations.
But until then, stay tuned!
